Problem

Selling to small businesses means finding each one, understanding what it actually needs and writing to it accordingly. Done by hand, that takes hours; template emails get no replies. Sales Architect was built to take this on for Alpiworks: to write to every business about a process it still runs by hand.

Approach

Sales Architect is Alpiworks' sales command centre: an AI agent that runs sales from finding leads to booking meetings.

• Finding leads: it scans businesses on Google Maps.
• Spotting the problem: for each business it finds a process still done by hand and proposes an automation for it. For example, an assistant that gathers appointment requests from Instagram and suggests free slots, or one that sends course info and pricing to people who ask and books a call.
• A tailored email: it writes a draft around that problem and gives every draft a confidence score.
• Autopilot: it only sends on its own above a set confidence threshold, within a daily limit and sending hours. Everything else waits for approval.
• Deliverability: sending inboxes are warmed up gradually, and each one is tracked separately.
• Replies: sorted by type: interested, needs review, not interested, out of office. Replies waiting for an answer, meetings and reminders land on the day's list.
• Weekly summary: which sectors reply best and the cost per meeting. This stays in the panel and is never used in emails.
