Problem
What was broken, and for whom?
Approach
A mobile-first service marketplace: users request a service, providers send offers. I built the mobile app, the web presence and the backend services end to end.
- Core product flows: service requests, provider offers, profiles, ratings and reviews.
- Payment-ready architecture (credit card / payment provider integration plan).
- A scalable data and API structure, with third-party integrations where needed.
Outcome
A measurable result, if there is one. If not, an honest qualitative statement — no invented metrics.
